Flight Info
Flights are available through United/Continental and Delta from Newark Airport. Most flights have 1 stop in either Denver (United) or Salt Lake City (Delta) as there are no direct flights.Betsy and I will be flying out October 5th and flying home October 12th (Jackson Hole Airport). We recommend that everyone comes out on the 6th and stays as long as you can.
Hotel
We will be staying at the Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for 3 nights from Wednesday (Oct 5th) - Saturday (Oct 8th). This is the site of our wedding ceremony and reception. We'd love for everyone to stay here with us if possible. The ranch has different size rooms, from 1 bedroom hotel rooms to large villas. Each room comes with a wood burning stove and great views of the Mountains! If you can get a group of people together, a Mountain Villa might be something to look into... - Hotel

Car
We recommend a few people going in together and renting a car so that you can drive around Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. If you are going to be traveling up to Yellowstone National Park after the wedding with us you will definitely need a car. It is about an hour drive to the entrance of Yellowstone National Park and the town where we will be staying next (West Yellowstone) is 3 hours from Jackson. If your plans don't include Yellowstone, then you can either arrange transportation to hotel through them or someone renting a car can probably pick you up.If you are going up to Bar-N with us, we'd recommend trying to rent a vehicle (maybe a passenger van) with a few people to make traveling in the park easier (we'll be stopping very frequently and it may get hard to keep the group together).
*The best deal we've seen so far is from Priceline.com where you can name your price. We got it down to $12/day for a compact car. We ended up going with a mid-size SUV and got it for $26/day for a total of $252 ($182 + $71tax/fees)
We booked through Costco website for our last trip and got a car for around $250 for the week for a compact car.
Hotwire.com. rates start at ~$25 per day. The website says that it gives such a good deal because you don't find out the name of the rental company until booking. You can see if the rental company is onsite or not. All of the onsite rental agencies are all reputable companies, so I wouldn't hesitate booking this deal.
Rental car companies at Jackson Hole airport include National, Alamo, Avis, Hertz (Dollar and Thrifty are offsite ).
Spring Creek Ranch and The Wort Hotel both offer shuttle service to and from the airport for a small fee. Please make arrangements once you make your reservation or up to 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
Spring Creek Ranch offers regular shuttle service into the town of Jackson.
